Lifespan: White Rhino- 40- 50 years    Indian Rhino- 35- 45 years     Black Rhino- 35- 50 years 

Length:   White Rhino- 3.7- 4 m           Indian Rhino- 3.7- 3.8 m        Black Rhino- 2.8- 3.8 m

Weight:   Male- 2,300 kg     Female- 1,700 kg 

Diet: Grass, leaves and fruit from trees and shrubs

Population: 27,000 :( 

Country from: Parts of Asia and Africa

Superpower: Their horn defends themselves from predators and other rhinos. RATING: 7.5/10

Gestation period: White Rhino- 16- 18 Months  Indian Rhino- 15- 16 Months  Black Rhino- 15- 16 Months.

FUN FACTS: 

Rhino's horns are made of Keratin ( so are our fingernails )!

Rhino's have poor vision.

There are only 76 Javan Rhinos left and they all live in Indonesia!

Great Golf and Wonderful Wonka

 On Tuesday, me and my family went to golf and the cinema.

At golf, I got 2 holes in one and came 3rd.

My brother got 2 holes in one and came 2nd.

My dad got 1 hole in one and came 4th.

My mum got 2 holes in one and came 1st.

We also won a free round for 1 person.

Then we had lunch and it was yummy.

Then we went to watch Wonka at the Cinema and it is now my favourite movie ever.

 Today's Brilliant Bird is The Wonderful Woodpecker!

FACTS:

Scientific Name: Picidae

Domain: Eukaryota

Lifespan: 4-11 Years

Length: 20-24 cm 

Weight: 70-98 G

Diet: Bugs, Spiders, Chicks and Eggs of smaller birds, Nuts and Seeds

Population: 3000- 6000 Pairs in The UK

Country from: UK, South East Asia, Africa and mostly South America

Super Power: Uses their beaks to make holes in the trunks of trees to eat their food!

Gestation period: 10 - 12 Days! 

How many types: 240!! That's nearly FIVE times more species than the Cat!

FUN FACTS:

Only MALE Woodpeckers have a red patch on the back of their head!

Even though the Woodpecker bangs it's beak on tree trunks all day, it NEVER gets a head ache!

The rarest Woodpecker in the world is the Ivory- Billed Woodpecker. Better Start looking!

Christmas at home!

 This Christmas was great. How was yours?

I got many cool presents like a lava lamp, books, a make your own Goodison Park model, a box of cool mini gifts, football cards and lots more.

Then we had Lunch which was delicious and i loved it.

This was my first Christmas with a family of five and it was my favourite Christmas!

Merry Christmas and of course..... HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Powers: Their tails are like an extra limb!

Gestation period: 7 - 7.5 Months

Spider Monkeys don't have thumbs.

They bark like a dog!
